Savannah Barnes PTA
Savannah was born and raised in Meridian, Idaho. For the past 5 years she has been helping in billing and the front desk. She recently became licensed and now has the ability to help Peak in 3 areas. Over the years she has been able to work at most of the Peak clinics, but currently is mostly helping at the Emmett and Middleton clinics. She does float to other clinics as well based on need. Savannah graduated from the College of Western Idaho with her PTA degree June of 2020.
She enjoys spending time with her loving husband and family: camping, hiking,motorbiking, and skiing in the outdoors. She is passionate about helping others reach their goals of rehabilitation and getting them back to what they enjoy. Outpatient was her choice of setting because she likes working with patients of all ages and seeing a variety of diagnoses. She loves being able to interact with people and getting to hear their stories.

Physical TherapistI am a Georgia native and a regular gym goer who enjoys outdoor activities such as hunting, camping, and snowboarding. I also enjoy spending time with my girlfriend and my two pets. In the clinic, I strive to treat every day as an opportunity to improve myself so that I can provide high quality care to our patients. I believe the foundation of providing this level of care begins with treating patients with kindness and goodwill. From that foundation, I prioritize reviewing research, pursuing further certifications, as well as fine tuning my clinical expertise with my colleagues to implement the most effective treatments for short- and long-term goals. Overall, my passion is to treat the nearby community so that I can make a positive impact in the local area as a friendly neighborhood physical therapist.”
As far as areas of interest, I am interested in helping the community in any way I can! No matter who you send to me, I will prepare, educate, and adapt so that those patients are taken care of. My personal favorite interests are cervical pain, shoulder pain, and thoracic/rib pain. I am currently working on my spinal manipulation certification, and I would like to obtain my dry needling certification ASAP. I believe these are very useful tools to help a variety of patients perform in the clinic.
