My name is Kaitlin Hornick, and as a new member of the Peak Physical Therapy team, I figured I could at the very least introduce myself. I graduated with my Bachelors in Exercise Science in the Spring of 2014, followed by my Docterate of Physical Therapy in Spring of 2016 from Saint Louis University. I am a St. Louis, Missouri native, absolutely stoked for the outdoor adventures to be had here in Idaho. I enjoy backpacking, mountain biking, and anything that involves being outside. Most recently I thru-hiked the entirety of the Pacific Crest Trail, immediately following graduation, from late May to early October 2016 . I have been lucky enough to have experienced a wide physical therapy clinical background, from advanced acute traumatic wound care, to early childhood education, to Welless Programming for individuals with Parkinson's Disease, to overuse orthopedic injuries and much more. Moreover, I have always loved a good challenge, am extremely determined, and genuinely enjoy seeing individuals leave therapy a different person from when they walked in. I look forward to future and where physical therapy is heading, and cannot wait to contribute to patient care here in the greater Boise area. Hope to be able to work with you soon.
