Physical TherapistBrett was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She grew up playing softball, basketball, and various other sports and eventually found her way into the Sports Medicine club where her passion for health and wellness started. Following high school, Brett attended The University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences, as well as a Bachelor of Health Science degree in Physiology. During her time at UofA, Brett discovered Physical Therapy as a career avenue and fell in the love.
After undergraduate school, Brett decided to pursue graduate school and went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Arizona. After graduating, she eventually found her way up to Montana to work and explore until moving to Boise, Idaho in 2022. Brett really prides herself on building strong relationships with her patients to help them achieve their goals and return to their highest level of function by creating individual and holistic care programs.
Outside of the clinic, Brett enjoys hiking, backpacking, camping, traveling, snowboarding, and pretty much anything that involves adventure. She also loves to hang out with friends, cook and bake, do puzzles, and spend time with her two cats.

Clinic DirectorHaley grew up in the greater Seattle area before moving to the beautiful state of Idaho. She graduated from the University of Montana in 2015 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. She went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in Austin, TX in 2020. Her passion for physical therapy sparked following her own experience with pediatric physical therapy following a birth complication resulting in nerve damage to her arm. She has worked with all populations, including children as young as 3 weeks. She currently has advanced training in manual therapy, certification in dry needling, and certification in treatment of fitness athletes such as Olympic lifters and Crossfitters.
When she is not working, Haley enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 dogs exploring the beautiful outdoors of southwest Idaho. She’s often found wake surfing, paddleboarding, or attending Crossfit outside of the clinic.
