					I recently had the pleasure of receiving physical therapy from the outstanding team at Peak Physical Therapy on Emerald RD in Boise, Idaho. From the moment I walked through the door, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the clinic. The staff members were all friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and they made me feel completely at ease throughout my entire course of treatment.



I worked closely with my physical therapist, who was truly exceptional in every way. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and goals, and she developed a customized treatment plan that addressed all of my specific needs. She was always patient, kind, and encouraging, and she pushed me to achieve more than I ever thought was possible. Her expertise and dedication were truly remarkable, and I feel so fortunate to have had her as my therapist.



In addition to my physical therapist, I also had the pleasure of working with the other staff members at Peak Physical Therapy. From the receptionists to the aides to the other therapists, everyone was friendly, supportive, and truly committed to helping me reach my goals. 					The staff is great. Very friendly, easy get along with.  They will adjust your activities/exercises.  You can ask questions anytime. They listen very well. I been going there for two bulging disk.  That limits my walking. Now I can do sum lite activities without a cane.

					For starters the PT's and staff are very friendly and easy to work with. They communicate well and the sessions go very quickly.



The best part is that the sessions are very effective. I've seen a lot of improvement and my day to day has been easier after a few weeks of working with them. I know I will be able to return to my previous activity levels when I am complete with the next couple of months.

					I can’t begin to explain how much Peak Physical Therapy has improved my quality of life. when I first came in I could barely walk and I thought for sure I was headed for surgery. They probably all get tired of me singing their praises but I couldn’t have done this on my own. I work mostly with Josh and Mike, and they are truly amazing and absolute assets to your business!!

Also the girls at the front are so sweet and amazing as well, they always remember your name when you walk in and help you get started, and they love to chit chat like I’m their old friend ❤️❤️

					My daughter had surgery on each foot and she has been receiving physical therapy from Summit for months. It has been a fantastic experience! My daughter’s surgeon heaped high praise on Summit and that praise is well deserved. Everyone is friendly and courteous and incredibly easy to work with. Kathy is very knowledgeable and great with kids-my daughter was nervous at first but Kathy put her at ease right away. I appreciate the time and individualized care my daughter receives. I know she is in good hands at Summit and would recommend them to anyone…..also they play good music!!!

					The staff here are awesome ! They work with you on personal-level. They push and challenge you while monitoring your discomfort levels. They are very good about explaining the exercise, how to do it correctly and what it’s actually doing for your. Changing appointments is easy. I feel 100 percent better.

					I highly recommend this Physical Therapy Clinic. Kristie makes things fun and that makes the "torture" more bearable! I've really enjoyed working with her and learning new ways to improve my back issues. April always makes me smile on the way in and out of the clinic, whether she is taking my co-pay or just chatting, I am always treated like a friend. Kathy's sense of humor is excellent and her manual therapy skills are on point! Overall the team is excellent at what they do and I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family!

					I found the staff to be knowledgeable, engaging, and friendly. They worked with me to find exactly the right exercises to progress from bad tendonitis to being able to do my daily activities without pain again. They would verbally check in with me each appointment to see how I felt that day, how I felt after previous appointments, and as I went through the different exercises to gauge how they were working and adjusting as needed for the best plan that day. They looked beyond the immediate overuse injury to find potential root causes, such as a weak shoulder, to focus on exercises to also help prevent a recurrence of my injury. In addition, they took into account my other weaknesses (bad back) in choosing exercises. While I am happy to be graduating, I will miss getting to spend time with the staff. I have enjoyed my time there, chatting as we get the work done. While I hope not to need it, I will definitely return if I need physical therapy again. I also would immediately recommend Christine and Kathy to my family and  friends for physical therapy.

					The physical therapist’s will adjust your treatment session depending on how your doing on a certain day. It is not a cookie cutter treatment. I came in with a pain level of 8 and left with a 3! Fantastic! The physical therapist’s are friendly and professional.

					I went into the Institute of Physical

Therapy after having had a 17 hour back surgery with 25- 5inch screws, and other hardware. The first day I went into therapy I could only go in with slippers and bathrobe as I was unable to walk,   certain I would never walk again without constant pain and help with walking.  Little did I know that  the very best therapists worked there and therapists that truly cared about their patients and gave me such a positive outlook that I would walk again.  Maybe not perfectly but able to walk and do it without assistance.  They not only showed me how to regain my mobility but did it with loving kindness and a true feeling that they cared beyond it being just a job for them.  It took awhile to be on my feet again, BUT I AM WALKING AND WALKING WITHOUT ANY FORMS OF ASSISTANCE.  This is truly a miracle because the possibility of never walking again was great. But through the encouragement of my therapist and staff and spending endless hours of exercise both at home and at the place of the gym of theirs, I learned to be the best I could be through their training and encouragement.  This Institute of Physical Therapy is not only a place of learning how to relieve pain, but gaining muscle strength so your body can reach its full potential through exercise so you can be the body that is as strong and pain free as humanly possible.  I will always be grateful for their care, love, support and encouragement.   They are the finest, no others can even begin to compare. If anyone wants a  more pain free and live a stronger life,  I recommend giving The Institute of Physical Therapy a chance, you'll be glad you did!!!!

					The crew at the institute of PT are so professional and know their stuff, but they are also very personable and lots of  funl!  This is my second time having physical therapy.   When my doctor asked where I wanted to go for therapy,  (of course)  I said the Institute of Physical Therapy!  They did such a great job getting full range of motion back in my thumb the last time I went.  I knew they would take good care of me again.  I highly recommend them and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

					I want to take the time to thank Levi Fraser and his supportive staff.   I had a total knee  replacement at the end of January.   Their assistance with Physical therapy helped  me regain the strength in my leg  and I have a bend greater than 120 degrees in my knee.



I highly recommend this establishment for anyone who has had a joint replacement!   I  have  had both hips, now both knees, and a C5-C6 fusion.   Levi  and his staff  helped  me through  each  one.



Everyone, including the receptionists, are very  welcoming and show they care about individual needs.    I appreciate all of the staff that cared for me.
